What We Collect, And What Touches It

Short version: we keep what you send us so we can answer you, we run no analytics, we sell nothing to anyone, and you can ask us to delete it all with one email.

What we collect

The contact and audit-request forms ask for a business name, a website, a city, an email address, and — on the contact form — a message. Client-portal accounts store an email address and a name; sign-in is by emailed magic link or Google, so we never store a password. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, and the audit form records a hashed — not plaintext — fingerprint of the requester's IP address, used only to prevent abuse of the free audit.

How the Fast Audit uses what you submit

This is the part most worth reading. When you request The Fast Audit, we send the business name, website, and city you submitted to third-party AI models run by Anthropic and Perplexity, and we fetch publicly available pages from the website you submitted, in order to produce your report. That is the whole flow: what you typed into the form, plus what your own public website already says.

Who processes it

  • Vercel — hosting and server logs
  • Neon — the database
  • Resend — transactional email (magic links, your report)
  • Google — optional sign-in to the client portal
  • Anthropic and Perplexity — the AI providers behind the Fast Audit, as described above

We run no analytics — no tracking scripts, no pixels, no ad networks. The only cookie this site sets is the session cookie that keeps you signed in to the client portal; visiting the public site sets none.

What we do with it

We use what you send us to respond to you, to deliver the work you asked for, and to run the client portal. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors named above.

How long we keep it

Until the client relationship ends, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Requests go to hello@redrobotai.com and cover everything we hold about you.
