AI Consulting
AI can improve almost any business. The trick is knowing where to use it.
AI isn’t just for technology companies, large corporations, or businesses with an AI department.
If your business has emails to answer, information to organize, documents to create, customers to follow up with, research to do, schedules to manage, content to produce, or repetitive work that eats up someone’s day, there is probably somewhere AI can help.
The question isn’t “How can we use AI?”
It’s “Where would AI actually make this business better?”
That’s what Red Robot AI helps you figure out.
We look at how the work actually gets done, identify the places where AI can save meaningful time or improve the result, and determine what should stay human. Then, if there’s something worth building, we help put it into practice.
AI consulting without the theater
You don’t need an expensive AI transformation program or a dozen new tools.
You need to understand where AI belongs in your business.
That starts with the work itself — not with a technology shopping list.
We look at how a process runs today, including the workarounds, repetitive tasks and undocumented steps that usually don’t appear on an org chart. From there, we identify the opportunities where AI can make a real difference.
That can mean:
- Automating repetitive work that currently takes people hours
- Accelerating research and information gathering
- Turning existing information into useful content or documents
- Reducing administrative work
- Improving customer communication and follow-up
- Connecting tools and processes that currently require manual work
- Giving employees AI tools that make them faster at what they already do
- Creating new capabilities that weren’t practical before AI
The answer is different for every business. That’s the point.
Where AI belongs — and where it doesn’t
Good AI implementation isn’t about putting AI everywhere.
Some work should remain human.
Judgment, relationships, sensitive decisions, creative direction, exceptions and anything where a mistake carries a serious cost should be treated differently from repetitive, predictable work.
The most useful systems usually keep a person in the loop:
AI prepares. People decide.
The goal isn’t to replace the people who make a business work. It’s to stop making those people spend their time doing work a machine can handle.
How we find the opportunities
The engagement starts with a Workflow Audit: one recorded working session focused on how your business actually operates.
We map the workflow, identify where time and effort are going, and look for practical opportunities to use AI.
You receive a written report that answers four straightforward questions:
- What’s taking too much time?
- Where can AI help?
- What should stay human?
- What should we do first?
No technology gets recommended simply because it’s new. No automation gets proposed simply because it is possible.
The objective is useful change — not an impressive list of AI tools.
What happens next
The Workflow Audit is a standalone engagement. You don’t have to commit to implementation before you know what is worth implementing.
If the audit identifies opportunities worth pursuing, we can help build and deploy them. If it doesn’t, you still have a clear picture of where AI fits — and where it doesn’t.
That’s the real value of AI consulting:
Knowing what to change before you spend money changing it.
Questions
- Do I need to know what I want automated before we start?
- No. Naming the bottleneck is the job, not the prerequisite. Most people arrive knowing something takes too long without knowing which part of it is the expensive one.
- What if AI is not the answer?
- Then the report says so. Some problems are a scheduling change or a form that should not exist. A report that recommends nothing is a legitimate outcome and it still tells you where the time is going.
- Do you stay after the plan?
- Yes, when you want that. Implementation is a separate piece of work with its own price, and it is optional — the report is written to be usable by somebody else if you would rather.
Start with the Workflow Audit
One recorded working session, a written report, and a fixed price. It is the only sensible first step, because everything after it depends on what it finds.
