Pricing
Pricing
Know what it costs before you decide to work with us.
We publish our pricing because you shouldn’t have to get on a sales call just to find out whether you can afford the work.
Where a service has a defined scope, you’ll see the price or price range here. Where the scope genuinely varies, we explain why and give you a fixed quote before anything begins.
No retainers. No monthly minimums. No hourly billing. No surprise invoices.
Pricing
Fixed Scope. Fixed Price.
No hourly creep, no bait-and-switch ranges. We agree on the scope, lock in the exact price before work begins, and that’s what you pay.

Start with the Workflow Audit
$900
One recorded working session. One written report. A clear picture of where your business is spending time, where work is getting stuck, and where AI, automation or better systems could actually make a difference.
The audit isn’t a sales presentation disguised as consulting.
It’s the work.
And if you move forward with implementation within 60 days, the full $900 is credited toward the implementation project.
If you don’t move forward, the report is still yours. There is nothing else to buy.
The Workflow Audit guarantee
We’ll identify at least five hours of recoverable work per week or the audit is free.
That guarantee applies to the audit itself — identifying work that can realistically be eliminated, automated or reduced. It is not a promise that a particular software tool will save five hours once implemented.
Implementation
$2,500 per project
Once the audit identifies what is worth changing, we implement it.
That might mean automating a workflow, connecting existing systems, restructuring a process or deploying an AI-assisted solution.
The exact scope is defined before work begins, and the price is fixed in writing.
If you completed the Workflow Audit within the previous 60 days, its $900 fee comes off this price.
Websites
$1,000–3,000
Website projects are quoted within this published range based on scope, complexity and what needs to be built.
That includes the website itself — not an artificially low “starting at” number designed to get you on a sales call.
You receive a fixed price before work begins.
Content & Creative
$500–2,500 per project
Photography, video, animation, explainers, social advertising creative and OTT/connected-TV assets are priced according to the production required.
The published range gives you a realistic idea of where a project will land before we discuss the details.
Media spend is not included. We make the creative. You or your media partner decides where it runs and how much you spend.
Custom AI Software
Quoted per project
Custom software is the one category where publishing a number would be misleading.
A small internal application and a substantial custom system don’t belong in the same pricing band.
The scope comes from the workflow and the requirements. Once those are defined, you receive a fixed project price before development starts.
You own the software we build.
What’s included — and what’s not
Included
- Defined project scope
- Fixed pricing before work begins
- Clear deliverables
- Your code and content where applicable
- No recurring retainer required
Not included
- Media spend
- Advertising placement, targeting and media budgets are yours or your media partner’s responsibility.
- Third-party software
- CRM platforms, scheduling systems, AI services and other software subscriptions are purchased directly by you and remain in your name.
- Ongoing website care
- Maintenance, monitoring and continuing updates can be arranged separately if you want them. They are not quietly bundled into the build.
How pricing works
We don’t bill by the hour because you shouldn’t have to wonder whether we’re working efficiently.
The price is based on the work required and agreed upon before we start.
For services with published ranges, your quote stays within the stated range.
For custom applications, the scope determines the price.
Once you approve the quote, that’s the price.
If the scope changes, we’ll tell you what changed and agree on the additional work before doing it.
No retroactive surprises.
Why we publish our prices
Because the first question shouldn’t be:
“Can I get you on a call so I can tell you what this costs?”
It should be:
“Is this worth doing for my business?”
You should be able to answer the first question before you ever contact us.
If the numbers make sense, let’s talk about the problem.
Questions about pricing
- Do you charge a monthly retainer?
- No. Work is quoted per project. Website care and monitoring is arranged separately where a client wants it.
- Why is there no price for custom applications?
- Because the genuine range is too wide for a published number to be useful. The scope is established in the audit and the quote is fixed before work begins.
- Can we skip the audit?
- For a website or a creative project, often yes. For automation work it is the step that decides what gets built, so skipping it means quoting blind.
- Do I own what you build?
- Yes. Code, content, domain and hosting account are in your name — not a subscription you cannot leave.
