AI consulting and automation in Nashville, TN
We are not a Nashville company and do not pretend to be one. We are twenty miles south in Franklin, and Nashville is the market this business was built around.
Red Robot AI serves Nashville businesses from Franklin, Tennessee, about twenty miles south. We provide AI consulting, workflow automation, custom software, AI-readable websites and content production. We do not maintain a Nashville office.
Why Nashville is named on the homepage
The line at the top of our homepage reads "When Nashville asks AI, be the answer", and it is there because Nashville is the search everybody in this region is competing inside.
A customer in Brentwood or Franklin looking for a service will often phrase the question around Nashville. Being nameable in that answer is the practical goal for most businesses here.
What a Nashville business usually needs
More competition than the surrounding towns, which changes the emphasis. Being present is not enough when a dozen well-described competitors are present too.
That usually pushes the work toward depth and corroboration — genuinely covering what you do, and being described consistently in enough independent places that a system has something to verify against.
How we work with businesses here
The same way as anywhere: one recorded working session first, a written report, then a decision. Nashville is a short drive, so the first session is normally in person.
Questions
- Do you have a Nashville office?
- No. We are based in Franklin, about twenty miles south, and travel for sessions. We would rather say that than claim an address we do not have.
- Do you work with businesses outside Middle Tennessee?
- Yes. Most of the work after the first session is remote, and published client work includes a business in Jacksonville, Florida.
